A quick follow-up, I asked a question of Denny about my KTM EXC. Since I have a few different KTM bikes I showed a 690 in my comments when I was really speaking of my 525 EXC. One thing about Denny is as soon as you start giving him part numbers he somehow knows if you are ordering for the correct bike. He has saved me from ordering the wrong part more than once.

I am headed to Colorado from our home in North Carolina. I don't know which jetting to use in my new 690 Enduro KTM. I gave Denny a quick call. I can't call my local dealer as it is about 8:30pm. After determining which jetting I had in the KTM now, he was able to guide me to jetting that would work for the Colorado riding. Great Service. You saved the day for me.
The incredible Lady that answered the phone is surely an asset to the business. Thanks again I will keep your number on speed dial.

It's late on a Wednesday night and I am sitting in my hot garage working on my 450exc KTM. I need some service help but at 10pm who can you call? My girl friend is tired of listening to me whine. She said you know Denny told you to use this new system to contact him. Why don't you give it a try? Cripe I never thought of that. So I call him because I can't remember whether I should change the front or rear sprocket to get better low end response. Of course he had the answer. I spent a few more minutes asking him about a new chain . What a great service. Who else would think to make themselves available late at night? Thanks Denny

I was to the point where I hated the weekends as I had to work on his 990 Super Duke and then I had no time to ride. I bought this KTM to ride! I called Denny and got the tech support I needed. Denny made it easy and quick ! Give him a call you can't go wrong!!!!!!

I had no Idea Professional up to date Imfo and parts for my KTM were so easy to get they even have the latest tuning tips and up dates from the factory team Iv'e called several time always the same the right parts shipped fast these guys are Great
If Your serious about you KTM there is no outher choice
He goes to the KTM headquarters two days a week If you need KTM parts or Imformation This is the place!
